These terms govern any project, service, or engagement between Shirshadip Solutions (“we”, “us”), operated by Shirshadip Samajder, and a client (“you”) who engages us for work. By confirming a project — through a written agreement, an email, or a WhatsApp conversation — you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide the digital services described on this website, including websites, data analysis, predictions/ML, data visualization, video editing, graphic design, UI/UX, technical writing, documentation, SEO, and creative assets. The specific scope of any project is agreed with you before work begins, typically over WhatsApp or email.

2. Pricing and quotations

Prices shown on this website are starting prices and are indicative, not final quotations. A final price is confirmed once the scope of your project is understood — for larger or non-standard projects, this may be higher than the listed starting price. 3. Payments

4. Revisions

Each plan or quotation includes a stated number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond that number may be chargeable, at a rate agreed with you before the extra work begins.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates agreed at the start of a project and depend on the scope of work and how promptly you provide feedback, content, and access where needed. Delays caused by late client feedback are not treated as missed deadlines on our part.

6. Client responsibilities

You’re responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and any content, assets, or access (such as hosting or domain credentials) required to complete the work. Delays in providing these may affect the delivery timeline.

7. Third-party services

Some projects rely on third-party services or platforms — for example, hosting providers, APIs, currency-conversion data, Canva, or DaVinci Resolve. We aren’t responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third parties outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to you, except for any third-party assets (such as licensed fonts, stock media, or libraries) which remain subject to their own licenses. We may retain the right to display completed work in a portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Cancellations

Either party may cancel a project in writing before it’s completed. Where work has already been done, payment is due for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.

10. Refunds

Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, since they cover time already committed to your project. Refunds for work not yet started are considered on a case-by-case basis. [PLACEHOLDER — set a specific refund policy that fits your business.]

11. Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we don’t guarantee specific business outcomes (such as search rankings, sales, or conversion rates) as a result of any service. Project communication primarily happens over WhatsApp and email — see the contact details in the footer of this site. We aim to respond within a reasonable time during normal working hours.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as the business grows. The version in effect for a given project is the one available on this page at the time that project is confirmed.
