Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24.09.2026
This policy explains what information this website collects and how it’s used. It’s written to match how the site is actually built, described below.
This document is a general business template and is not legal advice. It does not claim to comply with the laws of any specific country or region (such as GDPR or India's DPDP Act). Before relying on it for a real business, have it reviewed by a qualified legal professional.
1. Information collected
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to enter into the “Book a Consultation” form: your name, business name, email address, phone number (with country code), the service you’re interested in, and your message. Nothing is collected automatically as you browse.
2. What happens to consultation form data
When you submit the form, your details are sent to this site’s own server briefly, to be checked (for example, that an email address looks valid) and to build a pre-filled WhatsApp message. That request is not written to a database — this site does not currently have one. The main lasting record of your message is the WhatsApp conversation itself, opened in a new tab via a wa.me link, which is then subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
3. Rate-limiting and IP addresses
To reduce spam and automated abuse, the consultation form applies a basic limit on how many submissions can come from the same IP address in a short window. This is handled in the server’s temporary memory, is not written to disk or a database, and clears automatically when the server restarts.
4. Cookies
This site does not set cookies or use any cookie-based tracking.
5. Analytics
No analytics or visitor-tracking tools are active on this site by default. If that changes in the future, this section will be updated to name the tool used and what it collects.
6. Third-party services
Submitting the consultation form hands your message to WhatsApp (operated by Meta) once you continue the conversation there. The service pages on this site also fetch live currency exchange rates from a public exchange-rate API to display converted prices — that request does not include any of your personal information. Hosting and infrastructure providers may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) as part of normal operation.
7. Data retention
Because consultation form submissions aren’t stored in a database by this site, there’s no retained copy to delete beyond the WhatsApp conversation and any email thread you start with us directly — those are retained for as long as is reasonably useful for the project, or until you ask us to delete them.
8. Security
Form submissions are validated and sanitized on the server before use, and the site is intended to be served over HTTPS in production. No system is perfectly secure, and we don’t claim any specific security certification.
9. Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you related to a project, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us at the address below. Because this site doesn’t maintain user accounts or a database of submissions, this mainly applies to email and WhatsApp conversations.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site or business changes. The version shown on this page is the one currently in effect.
